GLOBAL BUSINESS DIRECTORY
The Global Business Directory (currently under development) will show headline Supplier details drawn from the global oil & gas network of First Point related Supplier databases in various countries and regions.
Anyone interested in identifying oil & gas Suppliers across the globe can search the public domain Global Business Directory without the need for access authority.
To appear in the Global Business Directory, Suppliers must be registered in one of the databases in the First Point international network.
The Directory has information not found in other
public directories, such as up-to-date supply history. Data integrity is very high; the Supplier data has been subjected to extensive electronic edits, as well as detailed reviews for completeness, currency and accuracy by both the Suppliers who provided the data, First Point review staff, and Purchasers from across the industry. Further
detailed information on Suppliers (e.g. financial, health &
safety, environmental, quality, capability and performance data)
can be accessed by companies who subscribe to First Point International
and other First Point network systems as Purchasers.
For Purchasers and Suppliers already registered on
existing First Point databases, the Global Directory provides a
free ‘shop window’ with worldwide marketing exposure, giving any
buying company an opportunity to carry out a high level search on
registered Suppliers.
